## About the founder

Max Petriev is the founder of Agentic Systems, with a decade of experience building software and leading engineering teams across startups and European technology companies. His background includes a mathematics degree at Moscow State University and PhD research in statistics. He built scalable backend infrastructure for high-traffic adtech systems at VK and Delivery Hero.

Max later co-founded TheStage AI and served as CTO. TheStage AI raised $4.5M from DVC, Atlantic, and other investors, and built AI infrastructure solutions, including technology integrated with Nebius. This is the founder's experience at his previous company, not a claim about Agentic Systems' clients or funding.

His current interest is in how agentic systems respond, adapt, and find their way through tasks—and what it takes to make them work reliably in production.
